EXHIBITOR ENTRY LIMIT: 40 ENTRIES INCLUDE ALL EXHIBIT & LIVESTOCK DEPARTMENTS
 
HORSE ENTRY DEADLINE - SUNDAY, MARCH 31, 2024
 
1.  Click on the "Register (1)" at the    top left corner of the page.
 
2.  Choose type - click the drop-down arrow and choose "EXHIBITOR".
 
3.  For Clubs, Chapters or Groups choose the “QUICK GROUP” for entry including multiple Exhibitors.  CLICK HERE for “QUICK GROUP” instructions
 
3.  For Exhibitors, type First and Last Name, choose “NEW EXHIBITOR”.
 
4.  Type in all required information and password (please keep password for future log-in), enter
 
5.  VERIFY all information (edit if needed).
 
6.  Click on "ADD ENTRIES"
 
7.  Follow instructions and submit all required information.
 
LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS WILL BE PROMPTED TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS WITH THEIR ONLINE ENTRY, BUT ONLY IF REQUIRED AS STATED WHEN ENTERING ONLINE.  REQUIRED LIVESTOCK DOCUMENTS:  PROP 12 COMPLIANCE FORM FOR ALL MARKET SWINE AND YQCA CURRENT CERTIFICATE FOR ALL LIVESTOCK (UPLOADS MUST BE IN PDF FORMAT)
